崗位職責：
1、具有較強的設計創意、色彩搭配與把控及原創能力，有獨到的設計眼光
2、根據項目定位，配合室內設計師進行材料和軟裝設計采購工作，確保項目工程順利進行
3、熟悉招標和采購流程，軟裝材料市場行情
4、定期管理并升級供應商數據庫，及材料和軟裝相關資料歸檔
5、根據設計方案到項目現場做軟裝擺設
任職資格：
1、室內設計，藝術及相關專業，本科及以上學歷，二年以上相關領域工作經驗，有外資工作經驗者優先
2、對藝術及設計有深刻的理解，具有良好的審美能力
3、具備良好的團隊協作、談判和溝通能力，優秀的書面和口頭表達能力
4、熟練掌握CAD、Photoshop、Microsoft Office等軟件
Material, FF&E Designer
Job Description
1、Excellent interior decoration sense in color combination, soft & hard furnishings and accessories, and aware of global design and products’ trends
2、Work effectively with designer to optimize furnishings and accessories based on the original design and clients’ requirements
3、Familiar with bidding and procurement process, good knowledge of interior materials, furnishings, accessories, fittings and artworks, etc.
4、Maintain and updated suppliers’ database, on-site filed work is necessary
The successful Applicant
1、Bachelor or above degree in Interior Design, Art or other relevant majors
2、Minimum 2 years experience in commercial projects including retail, office and residential projects, etc., multinational companies experience is preferred
3、Excellent communication and negotiation skills, high aesthetic standards
4、Solid technical skills with CAD, Photoshop, MS Program, etc.
