任職資格：
1）5年以上大型景觀設(shè)計公司作為設(shè)計總監(jiān)和主創(chuàng)設(shè)計師的工作經(jīng)驗，成功設(shè)計和操作過大型綜合性景觀項目；
2）較強的美術(shù)功底，擅長手繪表達，方案設(shè)計具有極強的創(chuàng)意和可實施性，具備大型景觀項目的創(chuàng)意設(shè)計能力及把控能力，并具備相應(yīng)的景觀施工圖設(shè)計經(jīng)驗與現(xiàn)場指導(dǎo)經(jīng)驗；
3）有責(zé)任心，團隊意識強，能認(rèn)同本公司的企業(yè)文化和發(fā)展目標(biāo)。
具備以下條件者優(yōu)先錄用：
1）具備綜合統(tǒng)籌管理能力，有大型設(shè)計團隊管理經(jīng)驗，能協(xié)調(diào)、組織設(shè)計工作順利開展；
2）有較強的溝通表達能力，能獨立面對客戶匯報、講解方案；
3）有一定業(yè)績，有可以追溯的景觀成功案例。
能力優(yōu)秀者，薪資待遇可面談具體溝通。
1) 5 years working experience in large landscape design company as design director and senior designer, successfully designed and operated large-scale comprehensive landscape projects;
2) good at handdrawing expression, CD design work is very creative and practical, have creative design skills and strong control ability for largescale landscape project, and have corresponding landscape construction drawing design
experience and on-site experience;
3) a sense of responsibility, strong team consciousness, can identify with the company’s corporate culture and development goals.
we will give preference to those who meet the following conditions:
1) have comprehensive management abillity and has a large design team management experience,
can coordinate, organize the design work smoothly;
2) has a strong communication ability, can give the presentation face to face to the customer very confidently and smoothly and convictively;
3) have some successful landscpae projects (finished is better) which can be traced.
