任職資格：
1、8年以上旅游咨詢與策劃的工作經驗，有國際五大行咨詢公司策劃經驗者優先考慮；
2、曾主持參與過5個以上知名旅游城市、度假區或主題公園等標志性規劃；
3、熟悉中國國內旅游咨詢與旅游規劃規范和標準；熟悉西方先進國家的旅游咨詢與旅游規劃理念和方法；
4、具備較強的溝通、組織管理、項目管理、協調統籌等能力和經驗。
Requirements：
Minimum of 8 years work experience in tourism consultancy and planning, including a minimum of5 years
experience in senior positions of a sizable tourism planning company
Having supervised and directed project planning for more than 5 noted tourist cities, resorts or theme
parks
Familiar with national standards and codes in relative fields; familiar with the advanced concepts and
methods for tourism consultancy and planning from western countries.
Good leadership and communication, management and coordination skills.
