Archibat HR Asia is looking for a (Architecture) Project Manager for a Top US Retail Architecture Firm to be based in their Shanghai Office.
Requirements:- At least a Bachelor of Architecture in Top Universities.- 10+ years experience, including China experience.- Registered Class 1 Registration Appreciated.- Experience working on large scale mixed use projects in China.- Strong Chinese Construction codes knowledge.- Strong Technical Skills. Experience working on Real Built Projects in China is a must. On-Site Experienced.- Good Client Representation skills.- Fluency in English, Mandarin mother tongue.- Strong Project Coordination and Communication Skills.
Position is based in Shanghai.
